Yes, you can cancel, upgrade or downgrade at any time from Billing. An upgrade takes effect straight away. A cancellation or downgrade takes effect at the end of the term you have already paid for, and fees already invoiced are not refunded for a partly used period.

Yes, on every plan including Free. Paste a link to a published PDF, Word, Excel or CSV file and PageCrawl reads the document contents and compares them on every check, so you hear about a clause, a figure or a date that changed inside the file. Contracts, tender notices, guidance notes, price lists and published datasets all work this way. If a file has no readable text, such as a scanned PDF, use File Checksum instead: it flags any change to the file itself. Checks run as often as every 2 minutes depending on your plan, and the alert arrives when the next check detects the change.

Yes, as a team setting. It is off by default, because PageCrawl checks the pages you choose the way a person asked to see them. If your policy requires it, the team owner turns on Respect robots.txt and bot protection in Settings. PageCrawl then skips pages that a site's robots.txt disallows and checks over its own connections only, with the standard browser, so residential proxies, Web Unblocker, custom proxies, relays and website logins are not used. When a site's bot protection turns a check away, there is no second attempt. Checks to a site are spaced by its Crawl-delay, and pages a site keeps out of AI use are not checked. Every skipped page shows the reason on its monitor.

Yes, annual billing gives you up to 2 months free on every paid PageCrawl plan, and it is the option selected by default: Standard saves $16 a year, Enterprise saves $60 a year, Ultimate saves $189 a year. Savings scale with the quantity you buy. Prefer to pay month by month? Switch the billing toggle to monthly. An existing monthly subscription can be moved to annual at any time from Settings > Subscription.

We accept all major credit and debit cards for subscriptions. For Ultimate plans paid annually, we also support bank transfers (wire/ACH), purchase orders (PO), and invoicing. Contact support to arrange alternative payment methods.

When a subscription ends, your three most recently created monitors keep running on the Free plan and the rest are paused. Stored change history and screenshots from the paid period are deleted one month after the subscription ends, so export anything you need before then.

We do not offer refunds. If you're unable to get pages working or the service doesn't seem to detect changes correctly, please contact support before giving up. Most issues are configuration-related and we can help you get set up properly.
