    If you exceed your plan's limits, checks will be paused. If you're approaching your limit for the month, you will see a notice, giving you the opportunity to take action before the limits are reached.

    Yes, our platform is designed to scale, allowing you to monitor thousands of websites daily. Please contact us for custom solutions tailored to high-volume needs.

  • Can I change or cancel my subscription anytime?

    Yes, you can cancel, upgrade or downgrade your subscription at any time. Any changes will be prorated, ensuring you only pay for the time and features you use.

  • Do I need to install anything to use the product?

    No, there’s no need to install anything. Our platform is entirely cloud-based and accessible from your browser.

  • Are there any setup fees or hidden costs?

    No, there are no setup fees or hidden costs. However, if the website you’re crawling has strict bot protection, you may need to purchase custom proxies separately.

  • Do you offer discounts?

    Yes, we offer a discount when you sign up for an annual plan. You'll get 2 months free, effectively saving you the cost of 2 months compared to the monthly subscription.

  • What payment methods are accepted?

    We accept credit cards and debit cards for all subscriptions. For subscriptions over $900/year, we also accept bank transfers and cryptocurrency payments. Please contact support to arrange bank or crypto transfers.

  • What happens to my data if I cancel my plan?

    All historical data will be deleted 3 months after your subscription ends. A grace period is provided to ensure you don’t lose access if you missed renewing your plan.

  • Is there a refund policy?

    We do not offer refunds.
