If you exceed your plan's limits, checks will be paused. Is it possible? Yes, our platform is designed to scale, allowing you to monitor thousands of websites daily. You can increase your plan's quantity during checkout to multiply your limits. For custom solutions tailored to high-volume needs, please contact us. - #### Can I change or cancel my subscription anytime? Yes, you can cancel, upgrade or downgrade at any time from Billing. An upgrade takes effect straight away. A cancellation or downgrade takes effect at the end of the term you have already paid for, and fees already invoiced are not refunded for a partly used period. - #### Do I need to install anything to use the product? No, there's no need to install anything. Our platform is entirely cloud-based and accessible from your browser. - #### Can I monitor PDFs, contracts, and tender documents? Yes, on every plan including Free. Paste a link to a published PDF, Word, Excel or CSV file and PageCrawl reads the document contents and compares them on every check, so you hear about a clause, a figure or a date that changed inside the file. Contracts, tender notices, guidance notes, price lists and published datasets all work this way. If a file has no readable text, such as a scanned PDF, use File Checksum instead: it flags any change to the file itself. Checks run as often as every 2 minutes depending on your plan, and the alert arrives when the next check detects the change. - #### What if the pages I want to monitor are heavily blocked? Some websites block monitoring tools, so checks come back as errors or empty pages. The **Enterprise** and **Ultimate** plans unblock most of those pages: they include residential proxies, which send checks through real home internet connections instead of a data centre. Most sites need nothing more. Some need the paid **Web Unblocker** on top: every check goes out from a different real home internet connection, in any of 200+ countries you choose. A few sites cannot be monitored at all. Web Unblocker is charged pay-as-you-go at $10/GB, so keep it for pages you check a few times a day. Hourly or faster checks on Web Unblocker get expensive quickly. Yes, annual billing gives you up to 2 months free on every paid PageCrawl plan, and it is the option selected by default: Standard saves $16 a year, Enterprise saves $60 a year, Ultimate saves $189 a year. Savings scale with the quantity you buy. Prefer to pay month by month? Switch the billing toggle to monthly. An existing monthly subscription can be moved to annual at any time from Settings > Subscription. - #### What payment methods are accepted? When a subscription ends, your three most recently created monitors keep running on the Free plan and the rest are paused.
