Branded Reports let you deliver your scheduled monitoring digests under your own brand instead of PageCrawl's. The report pages are served from a domain you control, and the report emails go out with no PageCrawl logo or footer. It is built for agencies and resellers who send monitoring updates to many clients and want those updates to look like they came from their own team.

Branded Reports is available on the annual Ultimate plan. Because it connects your own domain and sender identity, our team enables it on your account and sets it up with you during onboarding rather than through a self-serve toggle. To get started, contact support and we will connect your brand to your reports.

### What are branded reports?

Branded Reports are your existing scheduled digests, delivered under your own brand. The digest content is identical to a standard [scheduled report](/help/notifications/article/scheduled-reports.md), but the shareable report page lives on your own domain and the email that delivers it carries your branding rather than PageCrawl's. To a client, the report simply looks like part of your service.

Everything else about a report stays the same. You still choose which monitors to include, the schedule, the delivery channels, the importance filters, and the AI executive summary. Branding is a layer on top of the report you already build, not a separate product.

### Who is branded reporting for?

Branded reporting is for agencies, consultants, and resellers who manage monitoring on behalf of clients and want every client-facing touchpoint to reflect their own brand. If you watch dozens of client sites and send recurring updates, unbranded reports quietly advertise a third-party tool inside a service your client is paying you for.

A folder-per-client setup pairs naturally with this. You already group each client's monitors and send them a recurring digest. Branded Reports removes the last seam, so the client sees your name on the report they receive, on the page they open, and in the address it was sent from.

### What can you white-label?

Branded Reports focus on the parts of a digest a client actually sees:

- The shareable report page is served from a domain you control, so the link you send clients sits under your brand rather than PageCrawl's.
- Report emails are sent under your own sender identity and carry no PageCrawl logo or footer.
- The report layout drops third-party branding so the digest reads as your own artifact.

Note: Branded Reports covers the report and digest experience. Per-monitor public subscribe pages and instant alert branding are handled separately.

### How do you get branded reports?

Branded Reports is available to customers on the annual Ultimate plan. Because it points your own domain and sender identity at your reports, we enable it per account and set it up with you rather than exposing a self-serve toggle. To turn it on, contact support from the account you want it enabled on and mention Branded Reports.

Our team then activates Branded Reports for your workspace and walks you through connecting your domain and sender identity. Your standard scheduled reports keep working exactly as before, so your existing client digests are unaffected while your branding is connected.
