# Publish Report Digests as Notion Pages Source: PageCrawl.io Help Center URL: https://pagecrawl.io/help/integrations/article/notion-digest-pages Published: 4 September, 2026 Last updated: 5 September, 2026 --- A scheduled report can create a Notion page for every digest it produces. The page carries the digest's title, a line with the period and counts, the written summary with its headings, lists and tables intact, and a link to the full digest in PageCrawl. It lands under a page you pick, so a weekly digest becomes a growing set of pages in the place your team already reads. This is separate from [syncing detected changes to a database](/help/integrations/article/notion-database-sync.md). A database row is one change; a digest page is the summary of a period. ### How do you turn it on? 1. Connect Notion under **Settings** > **Integrations** if you have not already, and share the page you want digests created under with the PageCrawl connection (in Notion: open the page, click the three dots at the top right, choose **Connections**, add PageCrawl). 2. Open the report under **Settings** > **Notifications** (the digests list), tick **Notion** in the channels, and choose the page under **Create digests under**. 3. Save. The next digest the report produces also becomes a Notion page. Notion is not offered as a priority-escalation channel: an escalation is an alert, and a page is not one. ### What does the page contain? The title is the digest's own title when one was written, otherwise the report name and the period. The body starts with a line stating the report, the period and how many changes across how many monitors, then the summary converted to Notion blocks: headings, paragraphs, bullet and numbered lists, quotes, code and tables. Bold, italic and links are kept; only secure (https) links stay clickable. The page ends with a link to the full digest, which is the public digest page unless the report keeps digests behind a login, in which case it points into the app. ### Can a digest be published twice? No. Each digest is published once, and the page is written in parts so that a temporary Notion error picks up where it left off rather than repeating a part. Regenerating a digest creates a new digest and therefore a new page; the old page is left as it was. ### What happens if the page is deleted or unshared? If the page digests are created under disappears or is no longer shared with PageCrawl, the Notion channel is switched off for that report and your workspace is notified, so the report does not keep failing quietly. Pick another page in the report settings to switch it back on. If PageCrawl loses access to the whole Notion workspace, every Notion feature pauses until you reconnect under **Settings** > **Integrations**. --- Need more?
